Orders outside the United States may incur import duties or taxes set by your country, charged on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If it hasn't updated within 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Eligible items can be returned within 14days of delivery in unused, original condition. Some opened consumables (notebooks, sticky notes, label packs, calendar cards) can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

No. Our products are office accessories and are not food-grade. Please don't use any wooden or metal components for food contact or as utensils.

Yes. Everything we sell is our own Ramseyoffice line. We don't resell or imitate other stationery brands.
