Shipping Policy
Everything about how and when your order reaches you. All prices and thresholds are in US Dollars (USD).
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping rates & free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 (USD). Below that threshold, a flat standard-shipping rate is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Expedited options, where available, are also priced at checkout. All shipping charges are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
Delivery estimates
Once shipped, estimated delivery windows are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing can extend delivery beyond these windows.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. A small number of destinations may be unavailable due to carrier or legal restrictions; if we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and refund your order in full.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days of the ship confirmation, email support@ramseyoffice.shopand we’ll investigate.
International orders, customs & duties
For deliveries outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs feesmay be charged by your country on arrival. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s import rules if you’re unsure.
Lost, delayed, or undelivered packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute a package once it has shipped; if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once any additional shipping cost is covered, or refund the item cost less original shipping.
